William Dane Colosky, age 62, of Pickford, Michigan passed away Monday afternoon, July 2, 2012 at War Memorial Hospital.

William was born on August 23, 1949 in Lincoln Park, Michigan to the late Dolph and Georgie (Goodlit) Colosky. On June 29, 1993, Bill married Susie Izzard at the Pickford Township Park, in Pickford, Michigan. Bill enjoyed working with computers, playing darts, bowling, and he loved the outdoors, from making his own fly fishing files to fishing, in the winter taking long rides on snowmobiles. You would often find him listening to music, cooking, and running around with the kids. Bill collected shot glasses. His daughters lovingly called him “Dolla Bill”.

Bill is preceded in death by his parents: Dolph and Georgie Colosky; a son: William Colosky; and a sister: Kim Colosky. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 PM on Tuesday, July 10, 2012 at the Pickford Township Park with Pastor Tim Rader officiating.
